This project arises from the need to prevent school violence from early childhood, promoting coexistence and the recognition of cultural diversity in educational contexts with migrant populations. The research was carried out with kindergarten students at Colegio Gerardo Paredes, located in the Suba district of Bogotá, where migrant and non-migrant children come together. Based on the observation of school dynamics and the challenges students face when adapting to new social and cultural environments, a pedagogical strategy was designed to strengthen school coexistence from an intercultural approach. The study, with a qualitative focus and grounded in the educational action research method, used techniques such as participant observation, life stories, focus groups, and children’s creative productions. The results show that migration, beyond a geographical displacement, represents a human experience that transforms relationships within the classroom and provides opportunities for mutual learning, empathy, and respect. The implemented pedagogical strategies encouraged dialogue, collaboration, and the recognition of diverse cultural identities, contributing to the development of more inclusive, peaceful, and participatory educational environments from early childhood.
