Resumen
The image contains a news item from 1892, the General Prefect of the Police of the Department issued a decree establishing that the Commissioners of different districts send the list of detainees to the municipal Inspector of the neighborhood, so that the corresponding legal resolutions are issued. The municipal Inspectors must initiate investigations on serious cases or those that deserve correctional punishment. In addition, the Subprefect will send statistics to the Prefecture for publication in the official newspaper. Those arrested must be reported daily to the Subprefect to keep a record. It is also established that complaints from individuals will be attended directly by the respective officials, but the Subprefecture will be informed daily to keep records. This decree complements decree number 90 and is mandatory for all officials involved. News published in El Telegrama No. 1580 of January 2, 1892.
