Construcción colectiva de narrativas ilustradas: estrategia didáctica para la enseñanza de la metamorfosis de la mariposa (lepidoptera) en estudiantes de la institución educativa departamental rural antonio nariño, cajicá; cundinamarca
This graduation thesis aimed to design and implement a didactic strategy based on the collective construction of illustrated narratives for teaching the process of butterfly metamorphosis (Lepidoptera) to second-grade students at the Institución Educativa Departamental Rural Antonio Nariño in Cajicá, Cundinamarca. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with action-research elements, structured in three phases: initial diagnosis, implementation of the pedagogical strategy through the story "La transformación de Lulú", and evaluation of learning outcomes. Initial results showed that students had fragmented knowledge or alternative conceptions about the insect's life cycle. Following the intervention, 76.2% of the students achieved an adequate level of understanding of the transformation process, and 95.2% demonstrated increased environmental awareness. It is concluded that using narratives combined with visual and participatory experiences is a relevant and effective tool for the appropriation of scientific concepts and environmental care in primary education.
