Resumen
This internship report outlines the activities carried out within the framework of the Peace Education Program (PEP), in collaboration with the Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF) and its representation in Colombia through the association Una Posibilidad. The program is designed to train “Facilitators” whose role is to lead and guide various simulated everyday activities aimed at promoting social reintegration. The initiative emphasizes peaceful coexistence, assertive communication, and conflict resolution. Targeted populations benefit from the program by sharing experiences and engaging in reflective discussions during the sessions conducted. The methodological approach was grounded in participatory action, adopting an external listening role without active intervention. This strategy sought to avoid influencing participants’ thoughts and reflections. The report organizes the methods implemented during the intervention period, which took place in November and December 2025 at the REMAR Foundation, located in the Los Mártires district of Bogotá. Finally, it presents the lessons learned and examines the impact on the author’s professional development.
