Resumen

The image contains news about the documents referring to the construction of a new slaughterhouse in Tresesquinas, addressed to the then president of the Municipal Council by the Central Hygiene Board. These documents detail considerations about the negative consequences of lack of hygiene in the slaughterhouse. Emphasis is placed on the need to comply with article 2 of municipal agreement number 17 of 1884 for the replacement of the slaughterhouse. In addition, the report of the commission in charge of examining the Tresesquinas site is presented, where a public slaughterhouse is planned to be established. News published in the newspaper the Municipal Registry N°757 of June 11, 1897 pg 4085.
