Empresa de acueducto y alcantarillado (EAAB) is constantly striving for continuous improvement, focusing on perfecting the accuracy and efficiency of its commercial operations processes. This effort is concentrated on optimizing reading, distribution, and billing activities, as well as planning and modeling its water and sewer networks with greater precision. Given the extent of its coverage, with more than 2,400,000 subscribers in the districs of Bogotá and Soacha, it is essential to implement a methodology that allows to consult, through the urban nomenclature of said municipalities, the different parameters associated with its commercial operations processes. Customer georeferencing emerges as a fundamental solution to mitigate complaints and automate processes, especially with regard to billing. In response to the opportunities for improvement identified by EAAB, a web application has been developed that can geocode addresses individually or in bulk. This application first generates the geographic location together with the customer information. The data collected includes detailed information, such as the Reading Unit, Reading Portion, Population, Cadastral Sector, among others
