Resumen
The image contains news about the meetings held to commemorate the battle of Boyaca. On Friday the 6th, Mr. Henderson, consul general of S.M.B., gave a meal at his villa. On the other hand, on Saturday, August 7, the vice president of the Republic, General Santander, gave a dance and dinner at the palace in honor of the anniversary of the Battle of Boyacá; That same day the head of the S.M.B. commission, Colonel Hamilton, gave a meal for several illustrious people of the time. On Sunday, August 8, the civic lunch took place in the San Victorino field, attended by General Santander and the country's first authorities.
