Resumen
This article explores the notion of "reality" from various perspectives, addressing both its challenges and possible solutions. Drawing on a generalized reflection and the conceptions of some colleagues from the Doctorate in Education at the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (UPEL), several ideas are triangulated with the existing literature. The final discussion highlights how "reality" is a social construct that, in its interaction with communication and power, becomes a crucial factor in agenda setting. This perspective seeks to understand how these notions can influence the mission of solving social issues in various contexts.
