The intervention of the social worker in training from the praxeological approach

Resumen

In this article we want to show that the intervention of social workers carried out from a praxeological exercise -and as a result of a disciplinary investigation- is characterized by the roles assumed by the students and by the articulation of theory with practice. For this purpose, the implemented methodology is developed from the general research scheme proposed by Arias Galicia. Among the techniques used are key informants, documentary review, and content analysis. The analysis of the study shows the relevance of the intervention of the social worker in social problems of the local context and the coherence between the professional performance and the academic training received during the educational process.
