Resumen
This study, generated from Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios - UNIMINUTO, Centro Regional Soacha, proposes to confront the professional competencies required by public and private institutions, and the competences of being, acting and thinking of the practicing students, analyzing the profile of the professionals in training from Centro Regional Soacha linked to the professional practice, establishing the significance of the processes in the institutional and business contexts in the municipality and the region and making an accurate description about the dynamics of involvement in situations evidenced inthe relationship of professional practices in their face-to-face modality.
