Resumen
Family diversity and non-conventional educational spaces can enhance a pedagogical intervention that surpasses and transcends formal education to the extent that it encompasses the daily life, tastes, interests and needs of the population. In the reflective article that follows, you can see how an EENC (San Juan Neumann Parish) located in the Usminia neighborhood (Usme - Bogotá), carries out an intervention with some of the families in the sector, which taking systematically the steps of action research, helps the learning of emotional intelligence to search for new ways that point towards comprehensive human development to solve the problems of poverty, illiteracy and domestic violence, which brought about the empowerment of more favorable from the proximity, closeness, otherness and sensitivity that were awakened and developed by the teacher, concluding in an assessment of the spaces that make up the common life of each person.
