In recent years with rapid economic, the acquisition culture, in the administrative structures, the society in general and the globalization, new modalities have emerged in financial services with each other the microcredits, these are loans for persons or small enterprises to implement investment projects. The purpose of this project is developed a manual of financial education to provide tools for the lower classes (1,2, y 3) of Guarne, Rionegro and Marinilla town can make right decisions about the microcredit access, through the cualitative methodology and through descriptive focus, tries to give recommendations and simple examples to apply to everyday life, so they can acces the microfinance entities and they can organize their budget, acquired obligations still their payment capacity, avoiding the overindebtedness and caring their wealth
