La convivencia escolar para el mejoramiento de las prácticas de aula en Colombia

School coexistence has emerged as an urgent theme for addressing a daily problem, relating to shared life in schools. Beyond external factors affecting educational problem, relating to shared life in schools. Beyond external factors affecting educational institutions, school coexistence refers to the interpersonal and academic dynamics that, from classroom practices, takes place within school spaces, which affect social coexistence. On this perspective, this inquiry is based, with the aim of analyzing the current state of research on school coexistence and its contributions to the improvement of classroom practices in Colombia. Framed in a documentary review, on a sample of 11 researches developed in Colombia in the span between 2014 and 2019, reviewed in arbitrated articles published in scientific journals attached to universities. The information was organized in a documentary observation log, and analyzed with Atlas Ti software, in the search for categories that allowed understanding the phenomenon studied. The results pointed to the actors, functions, purposes, objectives, types, orientation of classroom practices for school coexistence. It was concluded that, in the Colombian geography, the theme of school coexistence, constitutes an area of great concern for researchers, in the need to understand and address it from classroom practices, whose intentionality, types, scopes of approach, needs and limitations point towards community educational management for favorable school coexistence through the recognition of human condition and positive interpersonal relationships.
