Salas Polo, Leslie Jaheger · Manotas Ahumada, JoséAsesor: Montes Rivera, Gledys

The objective of this work is to analyze the relationships between Teaching Styles and Learning Styles within the Classroom Ecosystem in the Educational Institution of Bayunca, where it was possible to evidence the new approaches required in pedagogical practices to achieve a good educational quality. A qualitative research with ethnographic technique was developed, the CHAEA questionnaire for students and the Teaching Styles Questionnaire (CEE) for teachers were applied, as well as the field diary to characterize the dialogue among them in the context of the classroom, which made it possible to know the different behaviors in the teaching process and their reciprocity with the learning process, This is how it is evidenced in the results that the teaching styles establish a coherent relationship with the learning styles, in this case there was a predominance in the relationship of the Open Teaching Style with the Active Learning Style, this does not mean that this teaching style does not have acceptance by the students of the Reflective, Theoretical and Pragmatic Learning Styles. Finally we can say that new approaches to education should be implemented giving way to new classroom dynamics, which is a logic for the configuration of the Classroom Ecosystem in front of the lived reality in a microcosm of teaching and learning
