Necesidades psicológicas básicas en un grupo de mototaxis de la ciudad de Cartagena

The general objective of this research is to describe the characteristics of the basic psychological needs in a group of motorcycle cabs in the city of Cartagena. This work has a quantitative approach and for the collection of data the application of the BPNSFS scale was made to the interviewees, in order to measure the basic psychological needs (Autonomy, affinity and competence) in each one of them, a likert type scale was provided where 1 was totally false and 5 totally true. Within the study, a large part of the sample feels autonomous, competent and in tune with the activities they carry out in their day-to-day lives, which are fundamental pillars for the well-being of each person. It is opportune to emphasize and to conclude that most of the sample chosen for the accomplishment of this project present a satisfaction the profession that they realize in their daily life
