Estrés parental en cuidadores de niños y niñas diagnosticados con TDAH
The goal of this investigation was to describe existing scientific studies related to Parental Stress Level in Caregivers of Children Diagnosed with ADHD. For this, a quantitative retrospective exploratory systematic review was carried out (Ahmed, 2010), on issues in question in studies published in the form of scientific articles, doctoral theses and degree work without restrictions in the search period found in 7 international databases (Academic Google, Base, Dialnet, Electronic Periodicals in Psychology (PEPSIC), Redalyc and UCA Institutional Repository). As main results, after doing the selection process, 3 studies were carried out in Spain, 1 study in the United States, 1 study in Brazil, 1 study in Argentina and 1 study in Peru. The topics addressed were parental stress, children diagnosed with ADHD and informal caregivers. The studies showed that the parents of children with ADHD present high levels of stress, however, the studies regarding parental stress in children with ADHD are rare, it is necessary to promote research regarding these parents to identify the possible stressors that it produces ADHD symptom
