This Documentary Research aim to analyse the epistemic trajectories in line of The Educational Management research of the Master's Degree in Education Sciences of the Universidad San Buenaventura, Cartagena. It is methodologically framed in qualitative research, and the data collected for analysis consists of 11 thesis as a degree option in a four years period, 2014 - 2018. The analysis was carried out from the hermeneutic paradigm, using as an instrument matrices of analysis to correlate the trends and contributions that Master’s Degree studenst make to educational processes in their contexts and the research training offered by the San Buenaventura University..
