Diagnostico empresarial, plan de mejoramiento y propuesta de impacto a la Empresa Escala Construcciones y Remodelaciones S.A.S.

Resumen

This applied research is designed to recognize by means of the use of a diagnostic business assessment tool; the endogenous and exogenous factors that the operation of Escala Construcciones y Remodelaciones S.A. S. and that facilitate or hinder the commercial operation of the same in the city of Ibagué. Determined the methodology of diagnostic intervention Escala S.A.S is carried out a process of deep and conscientious immersion in which the present conditions of operation from the perspective of the managerial, operational and client levels in general; for to know the impact that these factors generate in the normal development of the same one. Finally, the author seeks to propose strategies for corporate improvement from the point of view of academic perspective as an International Business Administrator that will allow us to consolidate this company as a generator of work and commercial dynamism for the Ibagueran community and tolimense.
