Criptoactivos y las normas antilavado
This paper present the problem that exists in relation to the nature of cryptoactives, since it studies the elements that must be fulfilled so that an object is denominated currency or money. It shows that the treatment of an intangible asset must be given and that with the current typification of the crime of money laundering in Law 599 of 2000, it is possible to investigate and punish those who intend to give appearance of legality or perform any of the governing verbs described in the regulation on these assets, although it represents great challenges for the administration of justice.
