Autoevaluación de la Maestría en Gerencia de la Calidad, factores: procesos académicos y lineamientos curriculares e Internacionalización, alianzas, estrategias e inserción en redes científicas globales

The following research is intended to perform the self-assessment corresponding to the Master's Degree in Quality Management, belonging to the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Ibague; for this purpose, two factors will be evaluated: academic processes and curricular guidelines and internationalization, strategic alliances and insertion in global scientific networks, which are stipulated in the guidelines of the National Accreditation Council (CNA, 2010). The characteristics and aspects inherent to each factor will be studied through three types of evidence (documented, appreciative and indicator). Once the pertinent information has been collected, a weighting process will be carried out, which will result in the most important characteristics and indicators for quality purposes. On the other hand, judgments based on indicators will be issued, so that, where necessary, relevant improvement plans can be formulated, which are implemented in terms of short, medium and long term goals.
