Diseño de un modelo de gestión de inventarios para la droguería Farmashaio, basado en categorización multicriterio ABC/VEN y ABC/ROTACIÓN

For the conduct of this investigation, information was obtained through an analysis of the inventory control system, with the purpose of determining the reason for the failure in the inventory management of Farmashaio, For this purpose, control activities were diagnosed during the requisition, reception, verification and storage processes. According to the results of the diagnosis, it was determined that the company performs its functions and procedures empirically, which leads to an inadequate internal control of its inventories. The main objective of this work was to design and implement an inventory management model, for which a hierarchy of products was established, based on rotation, cost and importance within public health. Nevertheles, the software was evaluated, verifying that it has all the features to maintain good inventory control, and thus finally establish policies and standardize processes within the company.
