Resumen

It sought to strengthen institutionally to position itself in the local market with the attention of service demands for new subscribers and the real needs of the entire population. Looking to know the threats and weaknesses that the company should correct. Similarly, take advantage of the opportunities and strengths you have. Making the most of it. Specific objectives and a general one were raised that sought to solve the research question planned for the development of the work. Which had an answer and all the objectives set under the chosen methodology were met. It is important to know that the company's mission falls short of the real purpose of the company and the mission is less than 6 months after its completion. It is necessary to invest financially in improving different internal situations such as labor competencies, organizational climate and assertive communication. It is also important that the organization create instruments such as the process and procedures manual for each area, adopt the internal regulations and consolidate the hiring manual.
