Diseño de políticas y procedimientos para el área de asignación de viajes de la empresa Cemex Colombia
The development of this degree work focuses its attention on the centralized assignment area of the company Cemex Colombia, whose objective is plan and holistically manage to the deliver orders on time to satisfy the external and internal clients need's quickly and efficiently, referring to "internal customers" as all operational units of its different businesses for the construction industry and strategically located in different parts of the country. This work focuses its development on establishing a system of procedures and policies that allow this area to improve and optimize its operations with more qualified personnel, it therefore helps achieve a better decision-making process, supply quality and user support, favoring and increasing the productivity of the fleet and increased in net sales, applying research techniques such as field observation and direct interviews with the personnel in charge of the processes.
