Estudio de las dinámicas de las relaciones colaborativas en una cadena de suministros orientada por proyecto, caso de estudio proyecto Alemania A
This research studied a large project carried out on an international scale in Germany. This project belongs to the intra-logistics and warehouse automation sector, it had a budget between 1 M€ and 2.5 M€, and had a duration of one years and seven months. The development of the present study used the model of the Collaboration Characterization Project Management (CCPM) model proposed by Meisel (C. Meisel, 2016) in conjunction with the Network Analysis (NA) methodology, by which the relationships between the Team Roles by Project (TRP) of a Project-Oriented Supply Chain (POSC) at the consolidated network level and for each phase of the project. In addition, the main endogenous and exogenous factors were identified according to the nature, size and phases of implementation of the project.. On the other hand, the analysis of the network by phases showed that regardless of the project phases, the TRP tend to work in communities. These results seek to provide information that will serve to develop new strategies that allow it to improve collaborative relationships between members and areas involved in the POSC.
