Revisión sistémica de modelos basados en el análisis de redes y los métodos de la minería de datos para determinar la importancia de un miembro en una red social corporativa

This document is based on a research study carried out at the University of Ibagué in which it seeks to analyze the collaborative relationships between the members that participate in a supply chain, determining the attributes that generate collaboration. As a result of the above, it seeks to identify the elements or variables that contribute to the selection of the most influential and important members in a corporation, through the existing methods of network analysis and data mining. For this, the methodology of systematic literature review is used, defining search and inclusion criteria and criteria for data extraction. The results of this research contribute to broadening the knowledge regarding this topic, consigning all the information available in the field of literature and research in its single document, in order to stimulate researchers to implement these models in different settings. and expand its application in small, medium and large companies, comparing the precision of the results.
