This degree project is an investigation that aims to formulate a logistics management model for the Ibaguereña company of clothing Monarca shirts and pants. Visits were made to the plant, where it was evident that there are problems in some links of the supply chain, such as delays in orders, customer relations, product availability, among others; which have caused economic losses and in the same way few opportunities for expansion. For this reason, the reference model stipulated by Lambert is used, in which it seeks to integrate new better ones into the supply chain for greater customer satisfaction. . To carry out the study, a compilation of information was carried out through the database of degree theses carried out in other clothing companies, success stories and scientific articles, which were analyzed and processed to answer the research question and thus meet the proposed objectives. In the same way, a diagnosis is made in each link in the chain that presents problems, where logistics strategies are designed using national and foreign companies to optimize times in production and marketing of products; An action plan is also presented which includes all the formulated strategies, tools, methods, matrices, diagrams and other academic aids, with which the organization can be based and have a guide to improve productivity within the company.
