Modelo de gestión logística para Construrama Cementos del Huila
The purpose of this research work is the design of a logistics management model for Construrama Cementos del Huila, which is a company dedicated to offering cement and hardware products for the department of Huila and the south of the country. The main motivation originated in the need to manage the operations of the company under a modern approach and as such the guidelines of Lambert & Enz (2017) have been considered. Four specific objectives have been proposed for the design of the model. In the first, the main components that can affect the performance of the company are identified. In the second, a diagnosis will be carried out that allows dimensioning the problem in each of the identified components for the generation of added value. In the third, a set of strategies are formulated that entail a solution to the problem and finally the proposal of an implementation plan.
