No More Fears: The Podcast. A Proposal To Enhance Students ' Speaking Skills In The English Class On 6th Grade At Liceo Femenino De Cundinamarca Mercedes Nariño
La presente propuesta surge de una necesidad apremiante observada en un grupo de estudiantes de sexto grado (grupo 602) del Liceo Femenino de Cundinamarca Mercedes Nariño, localizado en la localidad Rafael Uribe Uribe, en la ciudad de Bogotá. A pesar de la implementación de contenidos curriculares estándar en las clases de inglés, las estudiantes demuestran consistentemente dificultades significativas para comprender y comunicarse oralmente, el limitado apoyo parental también impacta negativamente su experiencia de aprendizaje; muchas estudiantes reportan quedarse solas en casa, sin orientación académica, con familias mas enfocadas en proporcionar dispositivos electrónicos, que involucrarse en su educación. Promover la comunicación oral entre las jóvenes estudiantes requiere no sólo el aporte lingüístico mediante la escucha, sino también contextos significativos y herramientas tecnológicas que favorezcan la expresión. Este proyecto identifica el podcasting como una alternativa pedagógica valiosa para abordar esta problemática considerando que este recurso es un formato flexible que puede adaptarse a diferentes niveles lingüísticos y fomentar la participación de las estudiantes en situaciones comunicativas reales.
