Análisis de los planes de comunicación de la embajada de Canadá en Colombia en el periodo 2017-2018

The Canadian Embassy at Colombia, during the last years, has presented a continuous organizational development due to its permanent interest in publicizing the projects carried out by its Government in our country, the need to have an integral communication strategy that allow the staff to establish external communication tactics that helps to achieve the communication objectives. This thesis presents an analysis of the problems of external communication at the Canadian Embassy in Colombia during the years 2017 and 2018, especially in social networks. In addition, based on the analysis performed, some recommendations that can help to improve the external communication of the Canadian Embassy at Colombia will be presented.
