Cultura organizacional, gestión del cambio y calidad de vida laboral: caso Hato Verde S.A.S.
This study aimed to diagnose the current state of organizational culture, change management, and quality of work life in an agribusiness company, in order to design an intervention to strengthen these dimensions and improve employee well-being. A mixed-method approach was applied, combining quantitative assessment tools (organizational culture and occupational health and work questionnaires) with qualitative techniques (semi-structured interviews and focus groups) conducted with a census sample of 20 administrative employees. The findings revealed an organizational culture characterized by frequent changes, perceived as unstable, which generated resistance and a lack of process clarity. Impacts on work well-being were also identified, related to work overload and adaptation difficulties. Based on these results, four intervention programs were developed to align culture, strengthen communication, enhance teamwork, and promote overall well-being. This research provides evidence for strategic change management in agribusiness contexts, highlighting the need to integrate the human component as a central axis of organizational transformation.
