Estrategia institucional para un futuro sostenible: sistematización de experiencias de gestión directiva en las Instituciones Etnoeducativas Técnica Agropecuaria Juyasirain y el Internado Indígena El Edén – Sede Catalina Roble

Resumen

This research project aims to systematize directive management strategies that promote sustainability and institutional growth in two etnoeducational institutions in La Guajira: The Etnoeducational Technical Agricultural Institution Juyasirain and the Indigenous Boarding School El Edén – Catalina Roble campus. Both schools operate in rural contexts marked by inadequate infrastructure, lack of pedagogical and technological resources, limited access to public services, and weak state support, which affect educational quality and school permanence. A qualitative approach was adopted, using the methodology of systematization of experiences supported by the PHVA cycle (Plan–Do–Check–Act) as a tool for continuous improvement. Data collection included group interviews, documentary analysis, and collective reflection with principals, teachers, and the educational community. The results show that sustainability in education is strengthened through productive school projects, the integration of Wayuu ancestral knowledge with technical education, the establishment of interinstitutional alliances, and participatory leadership. Finally, the study proposes a replicable model of directive management with an intercultural and sustainable approach, offering a framework that can guide other rural and indigenous institutions.
