Resumen
This paper presents a comprehensive intervention at the telecommunications company Colombia Más, an intervention that addresses two key areas for its sustainability and competitiveness: organizational climate and formal innovation management. Using Action Research methodology and Creative Problem Solving (CPS), an unfavorable organizational climate was diagnosed, characterized by low levels of motivation, job satisfaction, and internal cohesion, which negatively impacted service quality. In response, the "C+ Program" was designed and implemented. This program is conceived as an organizational climate intervention that addresses critical variables of organizational behavior to strengthen employee motivation. Simultaneously, the lack of a formal innovation system was identified, which hindered the company's ability to strategically capitalize on market opportunities. Consequently, an innovation management model was structured, aligned with the corporate strategy, establishing policies, governance, and a roadmap to systematize value creation.
