Resumen

Tummy Time (TT) is the prone positioning of infants while they are awake, using recreational activities and under parental supervision, for a duration of 30 minutes. Its practice is associated with improved physical and motor development and with the prevention of childhood obesity; however, the implementation of TT is low, and perceptions may influence its practice.
